Good value for money. Staff were great checking in and out. Always polite despite some guests being rude Generally had a good sleep but bear in mind that there are groups staying and had one night of being woken up. I didnt bother alerting security as i put my head phones in. Good location to beach, close to main pubs with old town in walking distance Clean accommodation and easy to get deposit back, just follow the instructions ie strip the beds and dont leave a mess! Stayed as group with adult kids they loved it!

A Good Stay

Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy.

Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away.

Short stay for birthday celebrations

Booked 3 night trip with friends for birthday celebrations. I had asked for 3 rooms beside eachother snd a lower floor which we were given. Rooms very clean,spacious however could have provided a kettle and toaster given all other utensils pots etc were provided. Check in smooth and deposit refunded as stated all in all decent accommodation for what you pay.

Only place I know where you have to clean your own apartment at checkout otherwise you will not get your deposit back. Saying that it’s been two weeks and still waiting to get my deposit back into my bank account (guessing I’m not getting it) Id advise anyone here to pay there deposit with cash so you can definitely get it back

Booked here before with no issues and was very happy with everything. Unfortunately this time we stayed we were allocated our given rooms then hit with an additionally charge for the rooms stating we had deceived the staff. This was not the case as we all went to our allocated rooms without question. The additional charge was very disappointing and left a sour note on the holiday - won’t be staying here again.

Just don’t bother.

Absolutely vile. Avoid at ALL costs. There were PUBES on the floor, throughout the “apartment”. The fridge had a massssiveeee hair in it….!! The air con was older than the Egyptians, the chairs looked like they were found on the street, and if it wasn’t for the “delightful” front desk I would have thought it was a brothel. Don’t stay here unless your desperate and expect hotels.com to advise you “they’ll move you rooms” to another death defying sh*te hole.

Horrible, j'ai prolongé 3 nuits en plus directement à l'accueil car pas d'autre endroit où dormir avec les enfants, des anciens matelas plein de tâche d'urine et autre découvert à la fin du séjour car obligé d'enlever les draps pour le checkout, l'eau de la douche qu'on mets 10 minutes à régler et qui passe du chaud au froid toute seule en pleine douche. Piscine laissé sans surveillance avec des groupes de gens bourrés qui fument qui boivent des bières en plein dans la piscine,nous n'y sommes pas allés une fois avec les enfants. Le soir les mêmes groupes de jeunes qui font des fêtes dans leur appartement jusqu'à 3 ou 4h du matin. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées, panne d'électricité en pleine soirée qui à durée jusqu'au lendemain, j'ai été visé par un oeuf lancé par un client depuis le balcon d'une chambre de l'hôtel haut de plus de 15 étages! Parking payant 10e par jour mais il faut à chaque fois descendre de la voiture pour sonner pour entrée ou sortir! Hôtel à ne surtout pas allez en famille! Je n'avais malheureusement pas d'autres solutions d'hébergement car complet partout. PS:je veux ajouter des photos du matelas mais ça ne fonctionne pas.
