Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. "This is a comfortable and well equipped property in a nice area...with the beach just at the end of the road. It has a lovely outside seating/bbq area. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, chemist etc all within walking distance. It is worth noting that you will have to pay for the electricity used at the property, outwith peak season. And there is a 20E fee for picking keys up from an external safe at the agents office...outwith working hours (not just Bank holidays)."
