"The room had roaches in the ice box as soon as I walked in. The dressers also had roaches. I was scared to sleep at night not knowing if one would crawl on us or not. The bed sheets didn’t look clean."

"The hotel in general was very nice and clean as was the room. And there was an unexpected and nice personalized message on the TV when we walked in to the room. That's a very nice touch! Very comfortable bed and clean and beautiful bathroom."
