Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "Staff were all incredible, resort was small but spacious and beautiful. Room was excellent as was the breakfast. Only 10 mins walk into centre of Oia. Only slight negative was the walk was a bit steep on way into town centre... But downhill on way back to resort!"
