Beautiful…but beware additional charges
"Firstly it’s a beautiful new hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. People are nice and welcoming Couple of complaints…everything is “extra” pool access (size of a bathtub) €20 each. Parking €19, breakfast €25 EACH! If your a family of 4 that’s €100! You can get a steak meal in Rouen for that price! ..."

"We only stayed a night but had a lovely time in Rouen. The hotel's location is central and close to the cathedral, the shops, and lots of restaurants.
