"Quick walk to the subway or local restaurants. Very easy to call for a lyft in that area. Three restaurants were in the building. The rooftop restaurant was always booked solid, didnt get a chance to enjoy dinner there. The beds were very comfortable but the coffee in the lobby was not very hot or fresh. "

"Front desk staff was superb in their service. Very friendly and attentive. Zoraida and Martin both went above and beyond to assist me when I realized I had forgotten to pack my phone charger's brick. "Excellent choice for a trip to NYC for two. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are actually larger than most city hotel rooms, and it was very quiet and peaceful. We had no issues waiting on an elevator as others have mentioned, and the rooms were made up daily. "The Sheraton was such a pleasant surprise. My room was new, clean, contemporary, and quiet. The staff was very nice and cooperative. And I loved the area! I've traveled to New York hundreds of times but never stayed down in Tribeca. The hotel sits right on the edge of Tribeca and Soho and there are great restaurants and shops everywhere you look. I'm already looking forward to going back."

"Safe and secure. A bit noisy being just outside the Carey tunnel. Generally a nice place to stay but a few things I would change…Bed is very low. Sheets were not soft and the TV was wall mounted off to the right of the room and did not move to make it easier to see from the bed. There is a whole empty wall at the end of the bed. "

"The hotel is in remodeling. The new area is not open and I hope it can keep part of the original spirit. Times are changing. So I would be surprise if it disappear it’s low budget bunk bed design for a more open space and more expensive size. I might not return as even my partner was not happy with the setting. "

"Hotel is very well situated for public transport. Small but adequate room with good bathroom. Room would be small for two people but fine for one. Nice linen. Complimentary and excellent coffee available in the mornings. Had a safe but no shelves for items in the room and no space to place an opened suitcase.
