"Very small rooms, hated the bathroom area no privacy and very expensive hidden fees. Would not stay again."

"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"This hotel is reliable in the sense you know what you’re getting. But you hope to get a little bit more for the very high price point, especially considering this is a Marriott. The front desk staff are very helpful and kind. The texting for your car to be ready is helpful. But the hotel lacks a warmth in the general spaces and the rooms could use some upgrades in terms of towel and sheet quality. The hairdryer needs to be upgraded as well. Disposable slippers and robes should be offered at this price point. The hotel is stuck between wanting to be viewed as mid tier higher end but offers lower mid tier amenities. The breakfast is fairly good but also too expensive for what is being offered. Cold breakfast for $20? Suggestion is to reassess what the hotel is trying to convey and rework some of these things."

"The Omni Parker is a historic hotel with a unique history. It’s beautiful and clean. The location is perfect for visiting the Freedom Trail on foot. We were within walking distance of Little Italy, the Underground Railroad tour and the WWII Ducks tour of Boston. There’s great shopping, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and access to the subway all within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a beautiful section of Boston. We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel since we arrived after 1:30 am but took the subway back to the airport after checking out of the hotel. The Uber ride was only about 15 minutes. The hotel held our luggage for a couple hours after we checked out so we could explore before heading to the airport. I highly recommend the Omni Parker and a fun trip to Boston!!"
