Safe location and great service

This is a very clean, spacious and calm hotel. Located in a quite comfortable and safe neighborhood, it its very peaceful inside, no noise or hustle around and your sleep in silence and coziness is guaranteed. Team was also very friendly, helped me with organizing taxis and directions, provided excellent room service and amazing food. All facilities work well, everything is clean and functioning perfectly. Recommended for short or long stay!

Hotel of standards , attention to detail

The GC hotel is unique. It offers a good standard , is comfortably clean and central to all facilities in Allahabad. It also has a pool and spa. I used the pool regularly and the water is clean and well maintained. The restaurant has a mixed menu of Indian , Asian and limited Western style dishes . All food is freshly prepared .

Awful hotel. Reception area looks nice, rooms are awful and would give it 0 stars if this was an option. Tried to arrange airport shuttle and the hotel tried to really scam us by quoting 6000 INR. The rooms were terrible, they were not really cleaned, dirty towels were folded and placed back, bath tub looks dirty, Hotel room was really terrible. I would not ever book a stay with them again. It was the only last minute option but the tents would have been better!

Das Hotel als luxury hotel zu umschreiben, ist sehr weit hergeholt. Die Zimmer sind schlecht gepflegt und derart dreckig, dass es uns ekelte, irgendetwas abzulegen. Die Ablagen, Schraenke und Nachttische waren mit Staub ueberzogen. Selbst das upgrade in die naechste Kategorie, zeigte die gleiche Unzulaenglichkeit, so dass hier das Management dringend gefordert ist, diesen Mangel zu beseitigen.

Wonderful hotel

This may be the nicest hotel in Allahabad/Prayagraj. The service is wonderful. The staff is very helpful. The gym is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi is a bit dodgy. I will be staying here again.
