Also, showering in cold water was not part of my plan because i usually enjoy a hot soak after a nice warm shower since that wasnt possible i wasnt happy with the hotel and i know another guest who also stated that they didnt have hot water?!? Sad customer"

"Horrible spring mattresses. The mattress actually rumbled when my husband’s snored and he doesn’t snore loudly or a lot. The AC/heat vent ventilation was horrific and both myself, and my husband were wheezing before we went to bed and horrifically when we woke up."
