"We didn’t have any problems with our room, it was comfortable, clean, and very roomy. I loved having the living room for the kids to play in and for all of us to have movie nights. It was perfect for our vacation. The only thing that bothered me was there was a water leak in the dining room and breakfast area. I understand things happen but some of the food items were directly next to light fixtures that had water coming out of them. It just didn’t seem sanitary or safe. "

"There’s no direct call to the lobby to reach a hotel clerk. I had to call the hotel off of my cell phone. The people next to me had a little kids up after 12:30 AM screaming and jumping as if it were 2:00 pm and dog was barking. Security did come up. I scanned the QR code on the TV to get the menu. A children’s menu came up and when me and my grandkids went downstairs to order they said that menu didn’t exist anymore and he handed me a menu that didn’t have options for kids. The hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. "
