" The hotel was very short-staffed, which resulted in us having to wait about 2 hours past check-in before we could get into our room. The staff was very nice and were working hard to meet our needs. They did upgrade us to a suite. The next morning they kept running out of coffee and the breakfast was not up to par."

"Nice little hotel about 3/4 of a mile from Coushatta casino. A decent breakfast, good rate and friendly personnel. Recently remodeled and rooms are nice and clean."

"Ramona was awesome and made our visit very memorable and was very helpful and courteous throughout the visit, however the young lady who works the 7-3 shift was not so helpful and friendly. I told her we needed towels being that we ran out and to her it didn’t seem like a sense of urgency. When we came back someone had entered our room, removed the towels and didn’t place any more so I mentioned to her about the towel situation and stated that our trash wasn’t removed or bed made up. She proceeded to say someone else will come back to clean etc. but that didn’t make sense.We didn’t even stay our full time because it was giving us we were a bother to her so we packed up, left and went back home. My husband did also say the lady from the late night shift 11-7pm was very friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay whilst we were here and visiting the Casinos but we won’t be visiting again."
