"The kitchen had a large stove but zero cookware, no plates not even one fork. The staffs were totaly non rude, unplaisant and definitely non accomodating. It was as if we were disturbing them by being there. A very unpleasant experience. At that price point, we had other hotel option, but i regret staying there. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone who is intending to have a nice stay. Very bad experience. "

"Usually bottled water is free and we were surprised to find out that there was a charge for it. We were given a couple bottles complimentary when we checked in but they tried to charge us for any others. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping was hit and Miss. one day they called us saying “the maid is outside your room we want to clean” and another day we returned after 6 to a room that hadn’t been made up. If you stay here over the weekend be advised they don’t offer housekeeping on weekends. Breakfast was ok, about what you’d expect. Lastly I used the fitness center while I was here and the two of the exercise machines were out of order. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but with so many minor issues I might look around for other options. "

"Zack was both friendly and very professional. He made sure that all of our requests were taken care of thank you Zack for everything. Checking in and out were taken care of without us having to wait for a long period of time. To the entire front office staff thanks again job well done."

"Room was spacious and clean, and buffet breakfast was very good. Location is also excellent. Docking some stars as walls were very thin, and we could hear water and noise from another room. The fridge in the kitchen also had some issues, and the indoor pool was freezing and needed a cleaning. "

"My daughter and I had dinner at the bar on Monday, 3/16. We were there from just after our check in (probably 7:30-8:00 pm) until after 10:00 pm. We had a very emotionally, physically, and mentally draining 10 days in McKinney and needed a break. For the time we spent at the bar, enjoying cocktails, wine, and dinner (the wings were fabulous!!!), Chris and Austin treated us like family members, allowing us an escape from a reality we never thought we would be dealing with. We would like to thank these two for the conversation and laughter. It was a much needed respite. We are truly grateful. Chris and Austin had no idea what we had been through, but delivered exactly what was needed in the moment!"

"Parking was great, even for my big truck. Plenty of room. Room was super clean, a/c kept us nice & cool. Had real soap in the bathroom. None of those slimy little bars, there was Dove liquid soap for shower & hand washing. "
