"Great hotel. Rooms were good size and very comfortable and spotless. Hotel itself in fantastic condition. Swimming pool and area was excellent - children enjoyed. Managed early check-in - very kind as was only 11:00am! Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and food was very very good. Overall, excellent option. "

"Nice hotel. A little remote from Lisbon but with Ubers and Bolts a plenty and cheap travel costs worked out perfectly. Excellent breakfast selection from continental to cooked food."

"Property was uninhabitable due to mold many places in the home and growing in clumps on the wooden hangers in closet. Home also ranked below average on cleanliness. After explaining to host and sending pictures of The mold in the home it's still took hours to get a refund so we could move forward with our vacation. All in all we were on the phone for 5 hours and finally the parent company verbo stepped in and handled everything in a very fair way. It was frustrating to lose so much time and have the aggravation but at least it was resolved and we were able to find somewhere new and enjoyable. I did try to add photos to this commentary however I was unable due to technicological issues ."

"Called endlessly, couldn't get in contact with the staff, ran out of battery, ended up having to sleep on the beach, took a nap in the chair in the yard of the lodging the following day, ended up getting sunburnt, waited until 1AM of the next day to check in, was blamed for it. The number of the message I received and both of the numbers on the lodging do not work. Came here to rest and work and didn't even get access to the Internet. Awful staff, avoid at all costs. I will fight for a refund. "
