"Staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with, very polite and helpful. Location is excellent, buffet was good, beds were comfy, amenities, etc. everything was great except it smelled really bad in my room, from day 1 to day 4 it’s like something was coming up through the shower. It smelled the same down in the basement where the gym was too. Not sure why but that was kind of gross. Hopefully just temporary. Everything else was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. "

"I didn't like that I wasn't refunded for the night I couldn't use due to the ship I arrived on changing their itinerary which resulted in my having to change hotel itinerary. I also thought the prices in the restaurant were exorbitant. What I did like was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, especially Francisco Silva in customer relations helping us with a trip to Sintra."

"Overall the stay I had here was okay, The breakfast is the main highlight here as everything seems to be made fresh and there is a variety of breakfast foods. The rooms are clean and are in good condition, however one main complaint I have is that the hot tub they have advertised in this place doesn’t exist and there is nothing there, the pool is okay but doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned regularly. I would say for the money I have paid for this hotel - 7 nights I did expect a lot more and there is a lot to be left desired, however if you want a hotel next to the coast and also do water sports at the beach then this may seem like a suitable place to stay The staff here were very friendly and welcoming and did their best to help us during our stay, if you are going to regularly go to lisbon then I would suggest to just get a hotel inside Lisbon instead. "

"This place is super cute and inviting. It’s in a quiet and safe area. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. You can get surf lessons, rent boards, yoga and participate in their scheduled activities in the evening. Breakfast was great and included. "
