Our lodging offers you the convenience of staying in one of the favourite destinations for tourists visiting Ciudad Real. We’re talking about Almagro, a place where you can enjoy rural tourism.<br><br>It’s a house right in the heart of town, in the gardens of the Plaza Mayor—a completely pedestrian-only area—that retains the elegance of its origins, dating back to the 15th century. A restored stately home, designed for relaxation.<br><br>It can accommodate up to 17 people when rented as a whole, though each floor can also be rented separately during the off-season.<br><br>Inside, you’ll find the following rooms:<br><br> Two spacious kitchens, one on each floor. Both are fully equipped with all kinds of appliances and kitchenware, plus a side table on the ground floor where you can enjoy breakfast, for example.<br><br> Another country-style kitchen, where you’ll also find all kinds of utensils, a plasma TV, internet access, and appliances—plus a spacious country-style fireplace for cooking—as well as wooden tables with benches so you can sit down and enjoy an evening together.<br><br> A living room on the ground floor equipped with armchairs facing the plasma TVs; one of them also features a fireplace and views of the main square from its three balconies. Both areas include a dining space with elegant tables and matching chairs.<br><br> A cosy living room where you can enjoy some peace and quiet while sitting in the armchairs, reading a good book, or having a pleasant chat.<br><br> There are 6 bedrooms; 3 of them feature spacious double beds and each has its own private bathroom. The next two are double rooms for four people, each featuring a double bed and two single beds in separate areas; these rooms share two bathrooms. Finally, there is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, complete with a private bathroom.<br><br><br>Outside, you’ll find:<br><br> A bar area overlooking the courtyard, where you can enjoy a drink or a soft drink. It has a beer tap, and on the other side of the bar, several stools; you can order all kinds of drinks directly from the supplier<br><br> A spacious patio with artificial grass and tables to enjoy the fresh air.<br><br> A pool to cool off in during hot weather, surrounded by lounge chairs for those who want to sunbathe.<br><br> A private car park that is currently unavailable, but right next to the house (300 metres away) there is a free public car park with security cameras.<br><br><br>*Please note that COVID-19 safety measures are strictly enforced at this property. <br>*A security deposit will be required upon check-in, which will be refunded upon check-out provided there is no damage; this deposit must be paid in cash.<br>*Smoking is only permitted on our property in outdoor areas and on terraces, and parties may be held as long as they do not disturb the neighbors.<br><br>*Pets are not allowed.
