Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were the only Arabs there and they treated us poorly . We booked a pleasant room online , but they gave us a different room when we arrived after they knew we were Arabs. The room was very dirty and there is dust , and the ac was full of polluted air and full with dust we couldn’t even breath nor sleep well . We tried to change the room several times but they ignored us and kept telling us tomorrow and never gave us a suitable room
