Hotel necessita urgentemente remodelação total, muito antigo, quarto sem comodidades adequadas , nem água de cortesia , atendimento péssimo, deixaram os locais entrarem nos quartos e o nosso disseram que não estava pronto Péssimo café da manhã e jantar horrível sem categoria e atenção No máximo 2 estrelas de categoria A única vantagem é que fica dentro da muralha Almeida e tem estacionamento

Hotel pequeñito muy acogedor. La puerta tiene llave, no tarjeta. Edificio, interior, terraza, comedor, habitación... Todo muy bonito. Algunas cosas se ven viejas, pero en general es encantador. Un placer de hotel. Volveremos

Beleza e tranquilidade

Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel. A vista também valoriza o local. O melhor mesmo é o atendimento do Luís que nos recepcionou com total atenção, cuidado e gentileza. A limpeza e o cheiro perfumado por todo hotel é bem agradável.
