"The place was clean, beds comfy, ac worked great. Only one bath which would have been ok.. but the shower had no hot water and the drain was not sufficient in that shower water got on the floor. There is no private seating area…it’s out on the common area.. and the place was very quiet .. except when it was not with outside partiers coming in at night.. but that’s to be expected in the heart of a vibrant city! . If the bathroom was improved I would stay there again."

"This apartment is in an excellent location in Old San Juan. If you want to experience OSJ this is the place to stay. OSJ is old. The building is old. There is no elevator for your suitcases. Set your expectations accordingly. But the apartment was clean and well-suited for our purpose (a place for five people to stay before boarding a cruise ship). "I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit.
