The single-story house, recently updated with new furniture and decor, features a comfortable living area, equipped with comfortable armchairs and sofas that will allow you to relax like royalty. A fabulous fireplace is also located in the living room; however, this is not the only fireplace you'll find in the house, as another one occupies part of the separate kitchen. Here, you'll also find all the appliances you might need to feel at home, as well as a dining table and even a sofa.

The house also features two bathrooms and four bedrooms, furnished with comfortable beds and elegantly decorated to guarantee an unforgettable stay for the whole family. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; another bedroom also has a double bed. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share another bathroom with a shower.

The bedrooms and living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

Outside, there is a fabulous Andalusian porch, decorated with beautiful tiles, a fountain, and wonderful archways, as well as lovely colorful flowerpots.
