Traditional Spanish welcome and hospitality - stunning position, breakfast on the terrace was fantastic Such a unique pueblo (if you arrive Sunday it may be very busy)

Charming hotel in the center of the town
El Rocio is a charming town where you'll have a lot of discoveries to make. The hotel is more than pleasant, clean, and the staff is very welcoming.

A bit difficult to find as El rocio, while being a magical place, was quite different than the average 'town'. There was hardly anyone at the Hospedería at all on a Sunday night. It might have been a bit noisier and shared bathrooms a problem if it had been full. The staff was pleasant and quite patient with my inadequate spanish.

Good stay
On arrival we were offered a room with a private bathroom next door not en suite as expected. As the room was downstairs near the reception we were not happy so were offered an en suite room in a nearby hostel Casa Rural Donana. Our rooms were on the top second floor and although small were clean and fine but low door and sloping roof. Plenty of hot water. WiFi signal OK on the area outside (tables and chairs for our use only) but didn’t quite make it into the room. This was fine although we had to walk back to Cazadero Real for breakfast each morning which was not a problem for us. Plenty to eat and a range even for vegetarians (cornflakes, bread, jam, cheese, ham etc, yoghurt apples, oranges) We had a very good stay despite initial concerns on arrival.

Repito en el mismo alojamiento y creo que no cabe duda de que volveré a repetir. Personal grato y super atentos en todo momento, las instalaciones cumplen sus objetivos que es primordialmente residir en casa rociera. Y cerquita de todo.

El Rocio est un autre monde: rues en terre, chevaux attachés devant des maisons, vue sur le parc et ses animaux...L'hôtel est simple mais sympa, chambres propres, tranquilles et confortables. L'hôel est bien situé au centre du village. Petit déjeuner simple mais pas cher. Bonne base pour visiter le parc Donana.

Me gusto la ducha con agua calentita, y el aire acondicionado poco ruidoso. No me gusto la cama que le tienen un protector que hace muchísimo ruido, no me gusto la situación de la habitación ya que estaba en el mismo sitio que el comedor de desayuno y era un escándalo desde por la mañana temprano.

Un fin la semana en El Roció
Un pueblo extraño pero hemoso y un hotel limpio, cómodo y lleno de arte. Un poco molesto por el sonido de otras habitaciones y fuera en el pasillo, pero en general contentos con nuestra estancia.

Byen er virkelig veldig anderledesnoh helt bygd rundt det 800 år gamle gudebilder av jomfru Maria. SLT handler om det og byens wild West image med kun sand i alle gater og fokus på hest og esel med eller uten kjærre som transport.Veldig spesielt og artig. Var der i helgen og både lørdag og søndag var det opptog av jomfrutilbedere tiltrådt i busser..

Muy bien situado, como pega los baños no estan dentro de la habitación, aunque se suponen privados. El aislamiento acustico regular, si otros huespedes hacen ruido de madrugada al llegar te despertaran. El desayuno justito.

Al nostro arrivo ci e' stata data una camera che non corrispondeva assolutamente alla camera prenotata tramite Expedia: camera minuscola, senza finestre, maleodorante, piena di polvere, con bagno in esterno raggiungibile dopo attraversamento di una sala. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, il titolare ammetteva che nell'albergo non esisteva la tipologia di camera proposta online e nonostante questo non ci ha permesso di modificare la prenotazione pagando solamente la notte trascorsa in albergo. Abbiamo quindi dovuto accettare la permanenza anche vista la minaccia del titolare di chiamare la guardia civil se non avessimo pagato l'intero soggiorno. Oltre a rifiutarsi di modificare la prenotazione, aveva già inoltrato la richiesta di addebito sulla carta di credito nonostante avessimo richiesto un'altra forma di pagamento. In conclusione un pessimo albergo con pessimo personale, assolutamente da NON consigliare!

La información en HOTELES.COM NO indicaba que las camas eran individuales en la habitación !!! y que el baño, aunque privado, estaba situado fuera de la habitación. Habiendo más habitaciones disponibles, el establecimiento no nos ofreció una cama de matrimonio. Dicho esto, el resto de servicios y el trato del personal fue siempre correcto y amable.

Prestation annoncée non respectée : chambre aveugle, toute petite en sous-sol, équipement sommaire: lits jumeaux, 2 tables de nuit et 1 armoire ne laissant pas de place pour poser et ouvrir les bagages. WC et salle de bain (soit-disant privés!) dans le couloir. Sans possibilité de modification satisfaisante correspondant à notre réservation, nous sommes allés ailleurs! Mauvaise fois de l'hôtelier en prime !

Authentieke Spaanse ervaring.
Rocio is een bedevaartsplaats, in de weekenden een geliefde plek voor paardrijden en een bezoek aan het Nationale park. Met het strand op 10 minuten afstand is het een ervaring die de liefhebbers van Spanje niet mag missen.
