Everything you need is provided in the house, with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful courtyard space, and a roof terrace where you can enjoy views over to Doñana National Park. "We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!"

"Situation géographique bien la maison en elle même bien manque cruellement de parking très compliqué pour stationner literie parfaite défaut de propreté patio et cour sales nous n'avons pas pu en profiter vaisselle à revoir cafetière avait encore du café dans le fond du bol la plaque du four très sale manque micro onde et la wifi important de nos jours ,le robinet de la cuisine ne tient plus ,la douche parfaite spacieuse je signale quand même que dans les placards il y a de l'épicerie périmée...

"Great apartment in a very central location in old town, minutes walk from main areas of interest. Parking is very easy only 2 minutes walk away. Roof top terrace is good although I think a hot tub or small pool would be good. No room key is given but just an access code to get in the main door, lift and apartment door which we liked. Bed was comfy and kitchen appliances all ok. Only minor issue was the lounge Aircon didn’t work but that wa wok for this time of year. Would stay here again if next...

"We enjoy staying in the old city and this apartment was very centrally located. Bed was a little hard but since I’m not buying it, it was fine for our stay! The view out our little balcony was delightful. "
