Fantastic beachfront townhouse with unobstructed sea view and good standard on the beautiful Costa Tropical. 15 km from Nerja and 1 hour drive from Malaga airport.
Quiet and scenic location within walking distance to cozy Marina del Este, a harbor with boat rentals, restaurants, bars and shopping as well as 2 wonderful beaches with Spain’s best diving water.
15 minutes walk to the town of La Herradura with a several km long beach and a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.
The very bright terraced house on 2 floors has a total of 3 patios where you can always find your place in the sun or shade. Upper floor consists of living room with dining area, TV corner and wood stove, fully equipped kitchen (water purification for drinking water available) with sea view, toilet with shower, sunny terrace facing the sea in the east and patio in the west. On the lower level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private patio with outdoor shower and barbecue area and patio.
Consistently fresh standard with bright marble floors. Air conditioning, internet and chromecast available.
The residence is located in a safe and well-kept complex with its own pool area 50 meters away with sunbeds, showers and beautiful plantings.
Parking space outside the residence located on a cul-de-sac where only the residents have access. The area is quiet and child-friendly with countless opportunities for scenic walks directly from the house.
From the terrace and dining area, the view is breathtaking both day and night. Fantastic sunrises and moonrises, magnificent mountain peaks, sailing and fishing boats, the town of Almunecar not least at night with all its lights and if you’re lucky you can see dolphins.
The city of Almunecar with all imaginable services 10 minutes by car.
Local bus 2B runs regularly Almunecar – La Herradura – Marina del Este – Almunecar cost €1.
Just over 1 hour to the slalom slopes in the Sierra Nevada and 2 golf courses about 30 minutes away.
