Entrance floor: hallway with guest toilet, large living room with two sofa groups and dining table, 75 inch Smart TV with satellite and internet connections, Sonos sound system, kitchen with all modern machines including vine cabinet and espresso coffee machine, separate filtered clean water tap. Open plan kitchen/living room that leads out to the terrace and pool. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Glass roof covered patio with water fountain in Alhambra style. Master bedroom with wooden floor, two balconies and ensuite all marble bathroom. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
