We have been operating for over 5 years , on the whole we host wonderful guests who appreciate the property and are polite and mannerly , the guest arrived over three hours late from the agreed time and dident see the value in informing the check in clerk , despite the clerks various attempts to contact her , Once she arrived she was very rude and demanding making unreasonable requests and demands one being screaming at our staff she wanted bars of soap instead of liquid soap , the water board was doing works locally so water was turned off for 2 hours which was outside of our control , We tried to resolve her issues but the guest was very confrontational and disproportionate , She was always dealt with in a professional way but became threatening when her demands to be sent to a local hotel because she had no water for two hours were not met, we hope future guests will draw an opinion on the multiple positive reviews for this property who 99% of the time rate us 5?stars , Regards RMK

Dear Sue Thankyou for your feedback , that’s a good idea re the kitchen items we can source those had you asked us in real time we would have gladly organised it for you , with relation to side lamps in the bedrooms , the villa is a modern contemporary villa with multiple lighting options , so side lamps is not in keeping with the look that we are looking to achieve , as a modern Californian inspired villa side lamps would feel a little dated , likewise with throws in 25-30 degree heat it’s not practical or needed we feel. In relation to a linen change we left multiple extra towels etc for you in the utility room which I don’t think were used had you requested a linen change we would have been happy to accommodate but again nothing was mentioned during your stay , the pool comments I don’t understand at all , we opted for large deep steps to enable guests to lye in the pool and bath and families especially love this as with kids it’s easier for them to play as such all of our feedback has been great about the pool , thankyou again for your comments and where we feel we can improve and develop our product we will certainly take them onboard , I’m glad you ultimately enjoyed your stay !!!
