Wake up to fabulous panoramic views of the Mediterranean from this spacious hillside home in the beautiful Fuentes de Almuñécar community on Spain’s Costa Tropical, near the town of Almuñécar.



Villa Fuentes offers a spacious 125 sqm hillside home accommodating up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for sunshine, relaxation, and outdoor living. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an additional WC, an attractive living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in living rooms and all bedrooms, television, washing machine, and self check-in. Beautiful sea and mountain views enhance your stay.



Step outside to your spectacular terrace with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Mediterranean coastline. The terrace is equipped with dining furniture and sun loungers, making it perfect for sunset drinks and outdoor dining in the long summer evenings.



You have access to 2 shared pools, each within a 3–4 minute walk. The larger infinity pool with spectacular sea views opens mid-June to mid-September with daytime lifeguard supervision, while the smaller panoramic pool typically remains open year-round.



While the nearest beach is about a 20-minute walk downhill, a car is recommended for easy access to Almuñécar's beaches, shops, and restaurants, which are a few minutes away by car. Parking is available in the street immediately outside the house.



The area offers excellent swimming, water sports, padel, cycling, and hiking. Granada and the Alhambra are about an hour away for day trips, and the Sierra Nevada mountains provide skiing opportunities in winter and early spring.



The property has many steps and is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. Beach towels, baby beds, and high chairs are available for an extra fee.

MICHAEL, el anfitrión es muy amable, siempre atento.

Pros: La casa en general está genial, encuentras en ella todo lo necesario para poder pasar una estancia agradable. Lo que menos me ha gustado, ha sido la ubicación de la piscina pequeña, y los contenedores para la basura, que nos hemos venido y no los hemos encontrado. Por lo demás todo genial. Y el anfitrión siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier tipo de duda que se pueda presentar. Cons: La ubicación de la piscina pequeña y los contenedores para depositar la basura

Pros: Der annonceres med 3 badeværelser, reelt er der kun 2 + 1 toilet med håndvask og vaskemaskine. Det er 2 gang vi lejer huset, så det var vi bekendt med på forhånd ! Vi kunne godt bruge hynder i terrassestolene, de er lidt hårde for bagdel og lår.!! I vores alder vil vi gerne indtage en morgenbitter, men små glas var ikke en del af udstyret, det havde jeg glemt fra sidste gang vi var i huset. Proptrækkeren var i stykker da vi kom, i øvrigt af dårlig kvalitet. Det var den samme som for 3 år siden. Bortset fra ovenstående småting et rigtigt godt sted at feriere. !!

Pros: Vi har haft en dejlig ferie i det skønne sommerhus, som ligger rigtig smukt. Huset er velegnet og har god plads til os alle - 8 voksne. Dejlig stor terrasse med skøn udsigt og gode havemøbler. Køkkenet var godt udstyret, så der kunne laves lidt mad i huset. Pænt møbleret og gode senge. Kan varmt anbefales og vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage.
