"My family and I stayed here for 5 days in August. We had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely amazing! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. It was quiet and peaceful and short drive into Boothbay Harbor. There is a fantastic library at the end of the rose which was great for our toddler and even a Alpaca farm at the end of the road. "Myself and 4 friends booked this home on the water for an annual super bowl ice fishing trip. The house was just as described, spacious and comfortable. The pond is beautiful and the fishing was outstanding, we caught fish all day long. Location is good as well, with plenty of restaurants and downtown Augusta within 10 to 15 minutes. Great home for the price."

We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. "My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

"We had a wonderful stay. Of all the places I have rented, this house was perfectly stocked with everything our group could want. The attention to detail to the kids toys and games was amazing. My nephew had a blast. The house was clean and welcoming. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the porch and the fire table. Recent renovations provided creature comforts, and getting out to explore in-town Bath or out to Reid was a short car ride away.
