He was extremely responsive via WhatsApp and even met us at the ferry. The room was very clean and the decoration was very calming and made you feel like you were on holiday. "Begonnen hat es damit das wir das Superior-DZ gebucht haben. Bei Ankunft dann ein Zimmer erhalten haben das deutlich kleiner ist. (Kein Schrank - nur eine Kleiderstange, keine Ablageflächen usw.) Argumentiert wurde das mit einem "Irrtum" auf der Buchungsseite. Das Bad ist nichts für Menschen mit Klaustrophobie. Niedrige Duschtasse und zu kurzer Duschvorhang führen dazu das es immer das Wasser steht. Ergänzt wird das ganze durch anhaltenden Kanalgeruch. Hauptproblem ist die Lautstärke. Die...
