Clean hotel

The hotel room is clean, toilet is clean too. Alor Setar Mall is nearby the hotel so no issue for shopping and food. The only disadvantages is that there is no mobile signal in the room. There is a Chinese restaurant next to this hotel, during our two night stays there were wedding receptions with lots of car parking around the hotel. However the hotel did a great job by reserving the parking lot for their guests.

Nice hotel and easy parking

I hv to use the stair to second floor as there was no lift however the room was very clean and along the way to room and in the room was smell so nice. Value for money.

Overall ok. Only toilet fitting arrange abit weird but toilet room is not tight. Air cond is cold and nice. Bed sheet seem not very clean but acceptable level. Hot water using instant heater, my preference is boiler tank type.

All of us are happy, staffs are polite and cheerful. Would appreciate in future can have breakfast, a light breakfast will do.
