Great location

Excellent location close to main chair lift and evening entertainment for kids. Beds in room comfy, but shower poor as temperature impossible to regulate. Kitchenette handy, but oven grill not appropriate for making toast. Dinner and breakfast buffets extensive and good value. Disappointed to have to pay a considerable amount extra to use the Spa. More information regarding the coach transfer from the rail staton would be helpful.

Poor hotel and rude staff

The standard of this hotel is poor, it wasn’t cleaned well and the facilities in the kitchen area were really poor. The sofa bed! Needed to be replaced about a decade ago, you can’t sit on it, it is so uncomfortable, so the only option is hard backed cheap kitchen chairs. In confirmation it didn’t mention parking was an additional cost, spa was an additional cost, dog was an additional cost. The additional charge for a dog for one night is €25! Which is excessive, if you are charging this much, do not list your hotel as pet friendly, it is not. The receptionist at this hotel was the rudest I have had the misfortune to experience. At the end of a 6 hour drive she set a tone that had I not already paid, I would have driven an hour more to not stay. Stay somewhere else, this hotel and its “service” should not be paid for by anyone. For the receptionist, your assumption because of my English passport, that I didn’t understand Spanish! Te escuché menospreciar a los ingleses y a mí directamente, frente a mí, deberías trabajar en algún lugar que no sirva a la gente.

Situé à la station de ski "la molina" l'hôtel Guitart est un très bel établissement moderne et confortable aux appartements vastes, bien aménagés, avec balcon, et offrant une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est royal et le personnel très accueillant.

Molto soddisfatti appartamento comodo confortevole

Il nostro soggiorno (di 4 notti) presso Hotel Guitart la Molina è stato molto piacevole. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento confortevole, pulito e molto carino e il terrazzino comodo e utile. Un rapporto qualità prezzo sufficientemente elevato. Le dotazioni per il bagno (asciugami, saponi, shampo, ...) sono molto buone. Il personale competente e gentile e soprattutto la ragazza catalana molto gentile nel fornirci mete e indicazioni utili. La località è molto bella e i dintorni, incluse gite e attività sono eccezionali; si nota però che è una meta più ambita d'inverno e meglio organizzata per la stagione invernale (molti esercizi chiusi). Anche le attività e la gita gratuita organizzata dalla struttura (purtroppo abbiamo potuto farne solo una con Jordi ... BRAVO! ... il lunedì mattina: camminata per sentieri intorno a La Molina) molto gradita e ben fatta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto che ci abbiano permesso di entrare nel parcheggio per scaricare / caricare i bagagli. Ci sentiamo però di consigliare un paio di miglioramenti semplici per rendere il soggiorno eccellente: la dotazione della cucina era insufficiente, in particolare coltelli e pentole sono ridotti al minimo e un tavolino anche minimal sul terrazzino risulterebbe comodo. Non possiamo dire niente della piscina perché non l'abbiamo provata, cosa che avremmo fatto se l'utilizzo fosse stato incluso e non da pagare a parte. Per il resto ottimo soggiorno e meta dove di certo penseremmo di tornare per un nuovo viaggio nell'area!

Cuando haces la reserva te venden la idea de que todos los servicios que ofrecen, están incluidos, pero en realidad todo es aparte. Nosotros personalmente preferiríamos que fuera más evidente a la hora de la reserva y no encontrarnos con la sorpresa! Sacando eso, el hotel está muy bien y los servicios que ofrecen también!

La verdad no tengo queja, yo sobretodo pido limpieza y que si tengo cualquier duda o problema me ayuden y así ha sido, personal hablo del que a mi me atendió de 10, de hecho cuando nos hemos ido he dejado claro que hemos estado muy agusto.

Pésimo servicio.

El servicio de front desk fatal. Teníamos reserva con vista a la montaña y literal nos dieron una ventana con un pedazo de tierra enfrente con la montaña hacia arriba. Anexo foto. Muy groseros nos dijeron que eso era lo habíamos pagado. Eso es la vista a la montaña. Vistas a lo que yo llamo montaña es el valle 😂 Nos hicieron cambio de habitación 3 veces y cada vez peor. Ubicación muy bien, lástima el servicio. Ah y no olvides llevar gorro de baño porque sino no entras al spa o te lo cobran. Lo cual me parece fatal.

Schlimm. Ich komme nicht wieder. Dreckiges Apartement, dreckiges knasiges Geschirr in den Schränken, Haare im Bett von Vorbenutzern. Unfreundliche Hotelleiterin, ließ uns 10 minuten warten weil Sie kein englisch sprach. Keinerlei Nachlass wegen der schlechten Erfahung, wir sind mit Hund gereist, dieser kostet 15,00 € pro Nacht und das wurde nicht erlassen. ihnen waren die Beschwerden auch egal an der Rezeption

L'apartament tenia deficiències de manteniment (rajoles trencades, prestatges descollats de la paret o de l'armari de la cuina, la balconera no ajustava bé, etc.). Per ser un 4 estrelles, tenia pocs complements de cuina i bany. Tot molt bàsic i senzill. Sofà incòmode. Personal correcte, però poc proper.

Hotel juste convenable mais au rapport qualité prix discutable... Les chambres sont vieillissantes et nécessiteraient des travaux de rafraîchissement, le point positif est qu'elles sont spacieuses. La literie ne me laissera pas un souvenir inoubliable. La vue n'était pas terrible mais cela dépend de la chambre que vous avez (nous avions une vue sur l'autre bâtiment). Petit déjeuner bien.
