Beautiful semi-detached house with a large private garden a few minutes from the ski slopes of La Molina. An ideal place to enjoy magnificent facilities and wonderful views with family or friends. It has 3 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a large attic with a double sofa bed and 3 single beds. Fully equipped open kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet. From the living room, with fireplace, you can access to the private yard. Garage.

La Molina in the province of Gerona, The apartment is located 300m from the La Molina ski resort and very close to the shops and restaurants of La Molina 2500. The town of Alp 10 minutes away and Puigcerdà about 20 minutes by car.

Ideal for winter sports such as skiing, snowboard..., and a fantastic destination also in summer due to its pleasant temperature and its green and natural surroundings. During the summer months it is like a high mountain theme park just 150km from Barcelona.
