Grand Studio with exclusive resort amenities.
This stylish place to stay is perfect for any getaway. Rest here and enjoy exclusive use of the amenities. The pool and hot tub are very private. Residential neighborhood in quiet country setting . 1 mile to town of Alpine. Outdoor fire pit available.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with induction cooktop, fridge, k-cup coffee, toaster, multi purpose microwave oven/air fry appliance and basic kitchenware.
Large patio with BBQ.
Very Private entrance with large parking area.
The space
Big room with private patio area. Swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, etc. Mini resort amenities for you to privately enjoy. A log fire in the large rock fire pit can be arranged if desired and weather permitting.
Guest access
All of the pool areas including spa and barbecue.
Other things to note
The driveway is under repair ( remaining totally useable) . It is wide and circular. The house sets back about 50 yards from the street.

Beautiful Little gem Tucked in the Hills of San Diego, I Had Never Been to Alpine but was Really impressed with this Little Neighborhood!hot tub was Hot hella Stars.I brought my service Dogs and the hosts are super friendly and welcoming dog lovers!If You Are Looking For a place I highly recommend!Thank You!
