"On the whole, we were very happy with our stay here. However, there was one issue that caused us a problem in our apartment (306). Sometimes, there was a strong smell of sewerage on the upper floors but at other times it was ok. We couldn't work out if it was the drains or the air con. This was reported twice to reception and was acted upon both times but was never fully resolved."

Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; when the family suite was unavailable, they quickly found a perfect alternative for us. Highly recommend for a comfortable and family-friendly stay."
