"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

"So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). "- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. ( Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer waren gut hören) Wir fanden den Preis für ein wirklich kleines DZ mit Minibad ( das Bad war modernisiert) etwas überzogen. Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Es war schönes Sommerwetter."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely. "
