Mark hosts every meal and invited guides to inform us about hiking the volcanoes and arranged a 4-wheeler to come directly to the hostel which was very convient. "The room view and the breakfast"

"This Hotel is a wonderful experience. It totally lived up to the reviews. The cabins are amazing. They are on Stiltz and overlive the lake steps from the sand. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the service incredible. Everyone of the staff was wonderful and so helpful and friendly I highly recommend this place. Be worn from the Ferry. It is about a 45 minute ride by Taxi. And it is not near any other restaurants. It’s pretty remote. And you’ll want to have a scooter or rental card to get around off the hotel site. I will definitely return there many times in the future. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Thank you to everybody there."

"Très déçu de mon expérience. Le service n’est pas courtois, les employés ne sont pas disponible pour nous aider et personne ne se débrouille en anglais. Beaucoup de commodités affichés n’étaient pas disponible : pas de buanderie, pas de service de réception 24/7, pas de terrasse avec hamac, personne pour nous aider pour un transport ou activités . Il y a eu plusieurs coupures d’eau donc pas accès au lavabo/toilette/douche. Nous avons aussi vécu un dégât d’eau dans notre chambre un soir (l’eau coulait du toit par l’air climatisé) et nous avons dû attendre le lendemain pour de l’aide parce qu’au employé n’était sur le site. Ça avait coulé dans le lit :/ Je ne recommande pas du tout. Ils nous ont rien offert pour compensés tous les manques et désagréments."

"Their property was beautiful. The pool was so much fun, beautiful pictures that we took with family!The restaurant , the food was awesome delicious the staff was very very attentive. The staff were helpful suitcases up and down the stairs. Awesome very helpful to let us know what things were around the area. Beautiful, beautiful place. I would definitely recommend this place and beautiful clean! Fun fun!"
