Christoph identified and notified me very early that the property had been doubled booked. However, rather than refund my deposit and leave me to find alternative accommodation he found me an alternative property in Altaussee and made all the arrangements. The alternative property was fantastic, very close to the lake, and we had a fantastic holiday in beautiful Altaussee.

Schönes Häuschen in noch schönere Ungebung

Rustikaler Charme des Gartenhäuschens trifft großartige Lage am See, dazu nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterfamilie, die sich sofort um jedes Anliegen kümmern! Man kann sich nicht mehr wünschen. Achtung: Auch im Sommer - etwas warmes zum Drüberziehen für innen mitnehmen. Das alte Gemäuer hält gut die Kühle. Danke für alles.

Charmantes Kleinod in Bestlage am See

Wir kennen Altaussee schon länger, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber in diesem charmanten Häuschen mit herrlichem Garten in besonders guter Lage diesmal ausnehmend genossen! An heißen Tagen ist es herrlich kühl im Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider nicht 100% zufrieden

Wir waren mit dem Urlaub im Stöckl leider nicht 100% zufrieden. Vorweg muss gesagt werden, dass Herr Köchert sehr bemüht war und uns z.B. sofort Liegestühle (die laut Beschreibung im Bienenhaus hätten sein sollen) zur Verfügung stellen hat lassen und uns auch die Putzfrau nochmals geschickt hat. Dennoch war es zunächst einmal einfach nicht ganz sauber, das Licht im Badezimmer hat geflackert, der Gartentisch wackelt (trotz organisierter Reparatur leider immernoch...!), die Matratzen sind bereits sehr durchgelegen, in der Küche ist die Dunstabzugshaube sehr schmutzig, es sind Kaffeeflecken an der Wand neben der Spülmaschine, der Handfeger im Haus hat schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen genauso wie die Klobürste, außer zwei abgelaufenen Flaschen Öl war an „Grundzutaten“, die vorhanden sein sollten, nichts da - und das W-LAN funktioniert nur, wenn man im Garten steht... Also alles in allem viele, kleine Kleinigkeiten, die aber in diesem Preissegment (trotz der top Lage, für die man natürlich auch zahlt, schon klar) eigentlich nicht vorkommen dürften und in Summe bei uns leider für einen faden Beigeschmack gesorgt haben. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die scharfen (!) Messer in der Küche, genügend Haken im ganzen Haus und eine Handseife im Bad. Wir haben mehrmals mit Herrn Köchert telefoniert und er ist, wie gesagt, sehr freundlich und bemüht - das W-Lan wird z.B. nun neu eingerichtet, ein Elektriker war während unseres Aufenthaltes bereits kurz vor Ort. Unser Fazit ist, dass es im Stöckel einiger Verbesserungen bedarf, damit es den Preis wieder wert ist. Altaussee an sich ist definitiv eine Reise wert, wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zu schätzen weiß. Die Landschaft ist wirklich einmalig schön.

A nice cottage house with great access to Altaussee lake, where you can hike for hours. Quiet town which was great for us. Easy drive to Halstatt and Salzburg. Our family had a good time.

Ein wunderbar gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht!

Das kleine Stöckl ist auch im Winter sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Vom Fenster sieht man den See, aber es ist schön warm. Alles ist perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet, man muss sich um nichts kümmern und kann die Ferien und das Schifahren genießen.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Tolles Haus direkt am See. Mit Hunden optimal. Auch ausreichend Badeplätze (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Sehr viele Wanderrouten und Ausflugsziele in direkter Nähe. Empfehlenswert ist die 6-Seen-Wanderung.

Maximale Entspannung in Traumlage

Das kleine Zuhäuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wahrlich ein Raumwunder. Die On-Top-Ausstattung (Kaffemaschinen, WLAN, Grill etc.) tragen zu einem unbeschwerten Aufenthalt bei. Darüber hinaus statten die freundlichen Vermieter einen mit den nötigen Informationen aus, so dass man sich im Haus, im Ort und in der Umgebung sofort heimisch fühlt und gut zurecht findet. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Super Lage, sehr gemütliche Küche!

Großartig gelegenes Häuschen direkt am Altausseersee! Das Haus ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber vefügt über ausreichend Platz für fünf (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder). Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und deckt alle Notwendigkeiten ab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vor alem aufgrund der Lage spitze. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ud haben sich um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein seltenes Schmuckstück in unschlagbarer Lage

Wer die Gegend um Altausee kennt, weiss, das Objekte wie das Haus "Stöckl" Seltenheitswert haben. Ein typisch Auseer Haus, das stilvoll und doch funktional modernisiert ist und noch dazu direkt am See liegt, ist schwer zu finden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und die Ausstattung, v.a. auch in Bezug auf ein paar Basislebensmittel war sehr gut. Wenn es nicht immer ausgebucht wäre, würden wir sehr gern öfter kommen.

Beschaulichkeit in Altaussee

Kein Verkehrslärm, den See zum Greifen nahe, das Frühstücksgebäck und den Einkauf zu Fuß erledigen, das alles im Zentrum von Altaussee, das ist Erholung mit Suchtpotential. Im Häuschen fühlt man sich sofort heimelig, da lässt sich auch ein Regentag gemütlich überbrücken. Zweimal verbrachten wir hier schon eine sehr schöne Zeit, der dritte Aufenthalt ist bereits geplant!

Traumlage am Altausseersee

Das Besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist die Lage: Sie liegt direkt am Gehweg um den See, es gibt keinen Autoverkehr, die Straße endet davor bei der Kirche. Die Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt bei Schlechtwetter zu einen angenehmen Lesetag ein. Alles andere an diesem "Puppenhäuschen" ist auch tipp-topp und die Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. Das Haupthaus ist meistens voller Kinder und verströmt gute Stimmung. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
