"Wonderful aparthotel! Incredibly convenient location, the room was beautiful and clean. There is a Lidl just steps away as well as a Rossmann and a really nice Bakery. The staff was excellent from the very beginning and were so kind and helpful. We definitely will stay here again!"

"Close to public transportation, Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Berlin TV Tower, World Time Clock, boat cruise, restaurants. I was confused about thw email I received about upgrades. The rooms were great except for Aircon. It mostly blew hot air. The staff were great."

"It is a generally good hotel but not without some small issues. Stuff are villing to go some extra steps to help guests. For example, for us they opened the door between two rooms straight away (somebody came up with us to the rooms when we arrived even though we came after 11pm). The same person explained how to control air-conditioner. Issues: one elevator was under repair (i.e. only 2 out of 3 were working) and people had to wait, and sometimes go with the next elevator because the first was overloaded. Another issue, we lived on the 3rd floor (2nd if count the ground as 0) with windows to the big internal court and often somebody was smoking there, so we had to close our window."

"Hôtel vieillissant avec peu de prises de courant pour charger téléphone et tablette près du lit. Bien situé avec un gym convenable. Pas de café dans la chambre et demande un extra pour avoir une cafetière dans la chambre. Serviettes de bain petites et minces qui ont beaucoup de vécu. Hotel de grande chaîne standard. Personnel très accueillant."

"The hotel is in the middle of everything, very accessible for public transport, shops, restaurants and many more. Staff are very nice from day one to our check out. Food in the hotel not that good in a Radisson hotel. And another thing negative minor comment from us was emptied hand towels and emptied shower gel which unlikely strange to a Radisson because I am a Radisson booker myself. It was not really a concern to us because we brought our own shower gel but ofcourse my concern for those costumers who didn't brought shower gel themselves. But still I would highly recommend this hotel for some other reasons."
