Terrific Apartment and Wonderful Hosts
As long-time vacation rental guests (and hosts), we understand both the challenges of finding the “right” vacation rental and managing one. This beautiful oceanfront apartment in Altea couldn’t be better! Lourdes and Pedro are also tremendous hosts making our stay incredibly easy and welcoming. We can’t recommend this unit more highly. Don’t hesitate — book it if you can!

Altea getaway
Location was perfect overlooking the sea, and the apartment was spacious with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this and hope to return.

Perfect location perfect accommodation
The accommodation did not disappoint, spotless with everything we needed , Lourdes met us on arrival with a lovely welcome plus a few basic items , including wine & beer but the oranges from her garden was a truly lovely touch, fresh orange juice every morning, perfect. Could not praise this accommodation enough , with a great balcony view, would definitely stay here again

Relaxing and stress free
As two friends holidaying together we needed something easy, central and convenient and this apartment was all that and more The apartment was very clean and tidy with a touch of class Lovely balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Great Apartment in Great Location
If you want a hassle free holiday, then Altea is the place for you. The apartment was centrally located, large, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a view over the ocean. Lourdes was extremely pleasant and accommodating, met us on our arrival and had a welcome pack for us. Great relaxing holiday.

The apartment was in a great location. It was pretty big, well equipped & overall excellent. The owner was very welcoming & knowledgable of the area. She left oranges & refreshments in the fridge which was a nice touch.

A really nice, spacy and clean apartment with a fantastic view over the ocean
The listing description was accurate. There was foods, drinks and fresh fruit to welcome us. The property was very clean an well-maintained and the owner provided very good customer service. We will absolutely recommend this property to frinds and relatives. The old city i Altea is very beautiful and there are lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Ferienapartment in Altea direkt an der Promenade
Das Apartment direkt an der Promenade war sehr gut. Empfang sehr freundlich mit Obst und Wein zur Begrüßung. Leider ein Minuspunkt durch die hohe Lärmbelästigung durch Promenade, Restaurants ( letzte Septemberwoche besonders durch das Fest "Morros und Cristianos".

Appartement tout confort bien située géographiquement vue direct sur le front de mer ( tres peu bruyant ) Nous sommes parties fin août avec 2 adolescentes qui ont passées un agréable sejour a Altea. La citadelle est proche du logement le coucher du soleil en vaut le detour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et savent recevoir leurs hôtes. Merci a eux. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La wifi marche très bien. Située aux 2 étages avec ascenseur. Le prix est largement justifie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un appartement formidable !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé en front de mer à Altéa, avec nos deux adolescents. Les points (très) positifs : - logement très confortable et très bien équipé (climatisation dans les chambres et le salon, box wifi, frigo américain, ...) - propriétaires charmants, réactifs (réponses rapides aux mail) et très attentionnés, - Magnifique vue sur la mer, - Accès à pied à la plage (100 m) et à la vieille ville (endroit magnifique qui a beaucoup plu à nos adolescents), - Zone animée mais pas trop bruyante, - Beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques à visiter dans les environs d'Altéa, Un seul (petit) point négatif : - pas de parking privatif, mais nous n'avons jamais attendu très longtemps pour nous garer sur le parking public (gratuit) situé en bas du logement.

Très agréable séjour
L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce , on y trouve tout le confort souhaité et il est très bien équipé . Il est également très spacieux , bien décoré et très propre . il est idéalement situé , à deux pas de la mer , vu mer et promenade depuis le balcon . Les propriétaires sont très courtois et de bon conseil , il n'hésite pas à prendre en compte le moindre petit soucis . L’accueil a était attentionné . Cette location est à recommander les yeux fermés . Le prix est justifié .

séjour très agréable
Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, charmants avec de nombreuses petites attentions. Outre un choix de boissons fraîches, bouteille de vin, beurre et confitures, nous avions un volumineux panier de fruits délicieux tous frais cueillis dans leur jardin. L'appartement situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur est très agréable, propre, bien équipé, doté d'une terrasse vue sur mer en première ligne. Petit déjeuner au soleil tous les matins! Par contre, à partir de midi, la terrasse étant à l'ombre et la météo un peu fraîche cette semaine, nous ne pouvions plus en profiter. Dommage également que la vue soit un peu obstruée par les palmiers plantés juste devant. Le quartier est parfait avec ses nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le parking est juste sous les fenêtres de l'appartement. On peut marcher jusqu'à la vieille ville tout près ou bien faire une longue promenade le long de la mer jusqu'à El Albir, la station balnéaire suivante, ou encore faire le tour d'un espace naturel sensible, zone humide abritant de nombreuses espèces floristiques et faunistiques. Quelques excellents restaurants comme Xef Pirata dans la vieille ville ou Paladar sur le paseo ou encore El Sabor en face du club nautique. Location à recommander!
