Indeed the room you chose is our individual room and as describes it is the smallest of all our rooms, despite having andouble bed and all its amenities to make it charming. we only recommend this room for an individual stay and for a short period. Apreciado Cliente, Muchas gracias por su comentario y por informarnos sobre su insatisfacción. Tras realizar una exhausta investigación sentimos mucho su valoracion ya que durante los 5 dias de estancia no recibimos ninguna informacion acerca de su estancia. Solemos tener una relacion cercana de nuestros clientes y reaccionamos rápidamente ante sus peticiones. Es cierto que la ultima noche de su estancia a las 23 horas si que hubo un problema técnico, nos informo un cliente y estuvimos ahi buscando una solución rápida pero debido a no poder entrar en otra habitacion porque estaba ocupada no pudimos repararlo a esa horas. Sin embargo si ofrecimos a otros cliente cambios de habitacion. Por su parte no recibimos ninguna informacion. El día siguiente se le informo a la recepcionista y teníamos pensado hablar con ustedes pero decidieron dejar la llave en recepción sin informarnos. Es una pena que hayan valorado de este modo su estancia completa por un error técnico que lamentablemente ocurre en ocasiones y siempre estamos dispuestos en ayudar. Espero que si hay una próxima vez les recomendamos hablar con nosotros para ayudarles en el momento. Muchas gracias Adelina Balbuena
