It is common in all holiday homes that heating costs in winter time have to be paid separately after consumption. This is also stated twice on the Home Away page and on our rental conditions, which must be accepted separately when booking. It is also explicitly stated that the fourth room has no central heating and is only available in summer. As our winter guests had only booked with 2 adults and two children, three bedrooms would normally be sufficient. The heating costs only amounted to 2 gas bottles, a total of 120 euros for 5 weeks, which was really nothing to complain about because of the very low rental price, caused by the travel restrictions of pandemic.

We always try to do our best to satisfy our guests. So we ordered new, higher deck chairs on the 2nd day after the guests' arrival, because our new deck chairs were too low for the guests. We are sorry that the guests felt disturbed by the neighbors barking dogs. After asking other neighbors and our house service, the barking of the dogs was limited and nobody felt disturbed. We were even sent sound samples. The villas all have large gardens so there are no immediate neighbors. Through the Urbansiation, from the main street, there is one street up and one street down. Of course, there are other houses above our house, so that a car can be heard from time to time. So far, no one has bothered us and our previous guests have always emphasized the absolutely quiet environment. "The loudest thing is the birds." Perhaps the lower neighbors (approx. 100m away) were sometimes a bit noisy in May, which is why we offered the guests after 5 days (of a 30-day stay) to look for another house, with full reimbursement. Unfortunately, they did not find a house that met their requirements. More than 300 villas were vacant in May, in Altea alone. Of course there are better villas, new construction, where everything is perfect. But you should be prepared to pay more for this.The garage door is broken but the garage is storage only and is not mentioned in the ad on Home Away/ Vrbo. There is enough parking space for 3 cars on the property. The air conditioning in the second bedroom is fixed and works perfectly, was already in order, but could not have disturbed with only 2 people.

Lieder kann es bei Sofortbuchungen vorkommen, dass das Inserat nicht genau gelesen wird. In der Raumaufteilung steht die Angabe des Durchgangszimmers und auch die Bettengröße. Bisher waren die Betten in den oberen zwei Schlafzimmern auch keinem Gast zu klein . 160/200 cm und 140/200 cm. Aus Komfortgründen ist auch die Zahl der buchbaren Erwachsenen auf 6 begrenzt. Bilder zu allen Schlafzimmern sind auch im Inserat. Wir bedauerten es aber sehr, dass das Haus nicht den Erwartungen des Mieters entsprach, das kann passieren.

Sicherlich ist die Villa keine Neubauluxusvilla aber gut gepflegt, die Einrichtung wird stets erneuert. Bei wiederholtem Besuch innerhalb eines Jahres kann die Villa nicht so sehr in " die Jahre" gekommen sein. Bei der großen Anzahl an Ferienhäusern freuen wir uns aber sehr über die Vielzahl unser Stammgäste.
