Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request."

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
