"Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil das Frühstück auf der Homepage als sehr außergewöhnlich mit viel Auswahl und hervorragenden Produkten hervorgehoben wurde. Leider gab es dann vor Ort lediglich Croissants, Muffins und Kaffee, was absolut nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun hatte. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Wir sind dann woanders zum Frühstücken hingegangen. Ich würde nicht mehr kommen!!! Zimmer waren soweit ok, aber nichts Besonderes."

"Schönes neues Hotel, Matratze war uns etwas zu hart und die Schiebetür zum Bad hat sich nicht komplett schließen lassen. Parkplatz inkl. Ladesäulen direkt vor der Tür. In der Bar hätte es bis 22:30 Uhr Essen gegeben."

"We weren't sure what to expect from the room - and we were stunned. It was big - I've had smaller apartments. Had a room at the rear of the property that overlooked the biergarten/restaurant, with a view of the city. French doors opened all the way for fresh air. We were on the top floor, so there wasn't a balcony, so if that's your thing, ask for a second-floor room.
Rothenburg is very walkable. We took the train there, and the property is only about a 15-minute walk from the Bahnhof. We'd visit again.
The staff was exceptional, property relaxed and easygoing, and recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Rothenburg. The central location makes it extra convenient."
"We had check-in issues and sat waiting for 30 minutes in the sun, locked out. Online check in did not work. We had to email them once and call twice to finally get our keys. There is no A/C in the rooms and it is on a noisy street. The front of the hotel was covered in giant spiders and mosquitoes attacked me all night. Not my best stay of late. Won’t be back…"
"The hotel is new and e facilities are outstanding but the room´s wifi didn´t work dueing my stay, and the public wifi only worked in the lobby. To make it worse, phone signal is too weak in the rooms to use data. For a business hotel, this is unforgiveable."
