"Easy to find, close to SAW and round the corner from Viaport if you want to go shopping. Decent hotel for business trips, big rooms, food is OK if a little pricey, good indoor and outdoor pool. Parking is the main issue for me, it's outdoor and not much of it."

"The hotel is large and seemingly mostly empty? The shower didnt work properly, as the handheld could not be attached to the wall and the overhead did not engage. Seems like they built the hotel for activities that have not yet materialized, giving it a bit of a weird vibe."

"There was a forgotten food in the fridge mold!!! Disgusting!!! Mold was on the ceiling! And the SPA what i was really looking forward to was only one sauna and a small very small some kind of pool with cold water! The Staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was ok boiled eggs french toast plenty of olives salat…"

"We arrived late at the hotel and was greeted by very helpful staff. Our room was more than what we expected. The room didn't have that "hotel smell" - it was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, had great lighting and ample countertop space. When I called the front desk inquiring where we could fill our water bottles, they sent someone up with water bottles for free. We wanted to get something to eat that night but there weren't any restaurants nearby. That's the only downside for this location. We didn't purchase the breakfast package as we had to leave early the next day. I still recommend this location."

"Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW."
