"The host was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we hung a hand towel on the rack, the rack fell off the wall. The bed was two mattresses pushed together with a huge hard ridge. The rooms entered into a small common area and the door to the outside didn't close. People see in and out all night to smoke outside the door, the cigarette smoke was thicker and thicker seeing under our wide gap under our door. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Our poorest experience in a month long stay. But...

"The hotel was PERFECT for our family of four. Make sure you book the family room that consists of two adjoining rooms so you have a lot of space. The people at the hotel were super friendly and helped us when we had a food delivery issue (delivery guy went to wrong hotel and the hotel team translated and got him to us). We will definitely stay here again!"

"I love how near the property is to the airport. However, rooms are noisy at night there's a dog in the lobby that won't shut up and another one just outside. The room is clean and nice however the bathroom doesn't have hot water. "
