"Cabin size was good. The cabin had cob webs on the ceilings. Walls and some wall fixtures were full of dust. The trim was also dusty. On our first night we noticed ants on the bathroom sink and they kept coming out through out the entire time we stayed there. On the first day there we were putting up a few things in a cabinet and my husband found a styrofoam container with beans. "

"Loved the location. The mountain breeze and flowing water added to the relaxing ambiance of the cabin! The amenities for cooking (especially the outdoor gas grill) were accommodating to our needs. Was clean and nice inside too. Would recommend this cabin getaway!"

"The cabin was really clean, although the disinfectant smell was a bit overwhelming at first. The kitchen is well stocked for basic meal prep. The cabin is at the end of the street so was quiet, but it is still close enough to the main road so there is some traffic noise while sitting outside. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I'm in the Ruidoso area!"

"This home was quiet, comfortable, very clean, and super close to town. We had everything we needed during our stay; the house was well-stocked. Our only issue was with the main bedroom bed. The foam topper sank in the middle after only a few minutes of laying on it, and we woke up to roll back to the sides of the bed several times during the night. Other than this, we had a great stay!"

"This was a great place to stay and get a break from life for a bit. The property is in a very quiet secluded neighborhood, great for observing the local wildlife. Everything about the cabin and property was just as expected from the listing."

"We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with our 3 kids, their significant others and our grand puppy. The game room was so much fun, playing pool and skee ball. We loved that everyone had their own room and the outdoor deck was awesome!!! It was my favorite part. Location was great too. The hot tub and fenced in outdoor area downstairs was off the gameroom which was great. We will definitely be back soon."
