Value for money hotel

Very good hotel in a decent location by the banks of the river. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Beautiful view from the balcony (in the riverfront suites). In room dining was a good experience as well. Huge portions at reasonable prices.

Very Bad Hotel. The photos are not true.

The Hotel is very very bad. Not a Deltin Quality. AC not working, Hair found in Food in every possible Dish, Grilled Sandwich is not a Grilled Sandwich but a Chilled Sandwich. That too the food ordered comes after 1.5 hours only when you follow up otherwise they tend to forget. We have to check out immediately after the first night even when we paid for 3 nights so you can imagine what would be the torture of this hotel. The Executive named Sumeet who seems to be a Manager is so Rude that he does not even answer you. We changed the hotel and thereafter when he came to know we got accommodated at Deltin Suites is when Sumeet Calls to apologise. Otherwise this hotel is just another HAVELI. Avoid it is mu opinion.

The location is very good by the Riverside

The overall experience was good. The location is good and staff is cooperative. Rooms are spacious and for price the service is appropriate. The location is very good. But the hotel has a very small parking. Not more than 4 cars can stay inside and the other parking provided by them is quite secluded. There is no facility for the driver to get fresh. Its not a very big hotel

Quiet away from the hussle of the City

2 night stop after a long multi flight journey, wanted some outside space whilst still being close to the City.

Didn't had much options available with Food (Lunch & Dinner). Very good hospitality shown towards Guests. They also helped with arranging vehicle for sightseeing.

WARNING! Major issues with payments and personnel

1) We were asked to pay the total amount for our stay as soon as we checked-in, although it had been already paid via internet on Expedia website. Unless we didn't submit a printed copy of our payment we would have been forced to pay double! 2) We felt that every single answer to our requests of services and information aimed to get more money from us. We were suggested to rent a motorbike. We discovered not only that the motorbike was defective and had no papers or insurance, but we also had to find out by ourselves that we could not drive any motorbike or car with our European license. In case we were caught by the police without papers and with invalid license, we would get a fine and have legal issues. Moreover, in response to our request of explanations we were very annoyed to be blatantly laughed at by the girl at the front desk. 3) Taxes on extra services (food) were raised to a hyperbolic 33%, while we have been charged all over India around 17-18%! The personnel was not able to give any explanation about this! We even had to insist to get the receipts. It was impossible to get to talk to a supervisor! We were promised a refund that we never received. 4) Throughout almost our entire stay we experienced problems with the key to our room. Although we repeatedly asked for assistance, we have never received a new copy of it and were forced to depend on the personnel of the hotel everytime we had to get into our room.
