"Loved the closeness to Bryce National Park. Liked that breakfast was included, Went to the park for sunrise came back for breakfast and then went back to the park. Only stayed one night and not there for long and lodge was fine for that."

"I may have reviewed this stay on another site, but I will do it again here, on Hotels.com. This was an outstanding property, with everything you would want in a trip to the mighty five. There is a restaurant, a grocery store, a gift store, available wine and liquor purchases… Just everything in one place! A real breakfast was ordered and served, which was delicious! The main lodge and check-in point was decorated in rustic western decor and everything about the day was very pleasant. Room was nice, and beds were good. No complaints!"

"The Historic Smith Hotel is an older property but is well cared for. The Hostess is very friendly and willing to help with any concerns. The breakfast was very good, and the Hostess sat with us and shared stories about her 30 years at the Hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful gardens."

"Loved the pods, very clean and super spacious , the only thing the resort was missing was a laundry facility, restaurant has nice atmosphere, drinks were good, food is average and pricey. The main attraction here are the incredible pods and open skies."

"Beautiful property and cabin! We so enjoyed the atmosphere, dining, animals and our cabin. The claw foot soaking tub was a excellent bonus! Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Zion."

"We really enjoyed our stay and recommend the property. Our cabin was modern and clean. Loved the fire pit with chairs and the diner right across the street. We only have two concerns. First, we paid for a Premier Cabin, Mountain View. From no window or our front porch did we have any view of any mountain. And second, the bath towels were tough as sandpaper. But still would stay again and recommend highly."

"Jim and family have created a quaint cabin stay in Mt. Carmel. You can enter Zion from the east entrance and take the Zion Scenic drive to the south entrance and visitor's center. Other than a little road noise, its a very quiet, peaceful spot. The cabins are co.fortable and well stocked if you want to make a light meal. There aren't a lot of dining options nearby, but the included breakfast was good."
