From the pictures you can tell partly what you will get. (Weird quirky decor - odd paintings on tbe wall etc...)The upstairs is just a finished tight attic (only can stand in the center) with 2 single beds and a queen. No doors to separate them and a tiny "half bath" beside one of the single bed (a few feet away) with no door on the bathroom. Listed as 3 Full baths. Actually 1 full bath, 1 half bath in Master, and the tiny half bath you cant really even stand up straight in with no door upstairs. I contacted the manager (who was always quick to reply) but called no door an "oversight ".Supposed to sleep 10 but only had 5 bath towels, 4 coffee mugs, zero glasses or cups, but odds and ends kitchen stuff. The main bath had a trashcan, none else anywhere in the house. A rack with a plastic sack for the kitchen. Broken seal on the freezer. "Fire pit" outside was filled with construction trash surrounded by weeds. Would have been a huge bonfire for the s'mores. Back of house is unfinished. Mostly clean (some hair in the bathroom sink though)Obviously most people are there to float the 11 point river. We weren't at the house much so we did fine. We booked last minute to float. Cheaper than a hotel, but odd little house with beds crammed in it. There was another down the road that looked much better (and cheaper, but was booked). In Alton, the guy at the Court Square Cafe was really nice and good food from local farms. Good float with Hufstedlers.
