"If you’re looking for a rustic beach experience, this may work for you. However, we found the bed uncomfortable-very soft, worn out. This held true for most of the furniture and related amenities. The views were not as depicted online. The pool was also a great disappointment. I would not recommend The Beach House."

"3 night stay. Housekeeping only emptied trash. Didn't change towels, bedding, refresh coffee or kleenex, toilet paper or toiletries. At 8AM we requested an early checkin for 1P instead of 3. Request not responded to until 3P and denied. "

"Friendly staff, the hallways smells like new and fresh! Room was perfect. The location its great, after we parked there we didn’t need to move our car, most of the good restaurants were by walking distance. Only down side, just one elevator was working at the time (not a big deal for us). Will come back again."

"This hotel smells SO GOOD!! The pool wasn't available, it was under construction but it was right on the beach and the staff was awesome. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but my back felt better the next morning....go figure, lol. I will absolutely stay here again. It's in walking distance to multiple restaurants. Great location."

"This was just a terrible experience - an an expensive one. First, there was no parking since it was Saturday night line dancing next door and all parking spots were taken. Then, there were no key cards for the rooms - they "ran out." The door was opened manually by the receptionist who promised to bring one "later" which never happened - no apology, no offer for any discount, nothing. We couldn't leave the room until vacating the room the next morning - the earliest possible. The room itself: a dirty, stained armchair. Sheets: worn out polyester, with holes (took pictures.) No curtains, only plastic blinds which let light through all night. Loud music - and I mean very loud - from next door until after 10 pm, and after that no better as the air conditioner was super loud, obviously very old and not working properly. There was not a single space in the room to hang clothes or jackets - not a hook, not a hanger. Basic, worn out, dirty looking, worse than roadside motel. Stay away!"
