🌲 The Neighborhood
Right across the lake is a public beach & county park for swimming and sun. When it’s time to explore, River Prairie offers local favorites like 44 North Gastropub, Cowboy Jack’s, and Juanita’s Mexican Restaurant, plus Helix Wine Bar for cocktails and The Yard for casual hangouts. Woodman’s Grocery is just minutes away, and downtown Eau Claire—with its farmers markets, music at Phoenix Park, and the Chippewa River State Trail—is an easy drive.
Please note: The backyard deck is currently under construction. For your safety, please do not use it or walk out on it. It’s important that children are supervised at all times.
No Climbing on Deck
We are in the process of rebuilding the backyard deck, so the current structures are not safe to walk on or use. Please do not climb or step onto the deck at any time. Also, take care near the edge of the backyard, as it slopes steeply down to the lake.
