"The hotel was a disaster. The only thing working properly was the breakfast guy’s smile — clearly the hotel’s entire maintenance budget went into him. Not much of choice for breakfast, better paid outside to get more options"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, however room was not clean, dishwasher was disgusting, centrally controlled air circulation was set to heat which meant room was extremely hot and only way to cool down was to open the windows to a very noisy street with traffic and ambulances running all night. Beds were uncomfortable and room was in generally bad condition and required renovating. "

With all the restaurants in the hotel, it would be nice if there were a place just to get coffee in the AM. "
